3.2 The scope of work is restricted to the details in the original quotation. Additional work, such as moving or extending electrical sockets, plumbing pipes, or other modifications, is not included unless explicitly stated.
3.3 A 70% non-refundable deposit confirms your order and indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Lead Time, Delivery, and Installation
6.1 Yuppie Kitchens aims to complete projects within 3 weeks, provided materials are in stock. Delays caused by suppliers or subcontractors are beyond our control, and we will notify you promptly of any changes.

8. Manufacturer Warranties on Materials
8.1 Materials such as boards, countertops, and fittings come with manufacturer warranties. Unauthorized modifications (e.g., cutting drainage gradients) will void these warranties.

9. Subcontracted Services
